Cuttle Consulting have just designed and delivered two Hot-Work Fire Fighting Courses for a manufacturing client. The company have a robust Emergency Response Plan, with trained and experienced role holders who constantly place safety at the core of everything they do.
During the summer holiday break the facility will have maintenance contractors on site servicing and repairing heavy plant. Hot-work will be required during this maintenance. The company have now assigned specific staff who will fulfill the role of standby fire watch. To ensure that these staff know what to do they have been given hot-work firefighting training. The course was designed to meet the specific needs of the site and all participants received practical training in the use of all the firefighting equipment on site.
The training was delivered by a very experienced and qualified fire safety professional.
